Welcome to our 2 year old preschool program. We have multiple options to fit the needs of you and your child. Our state certified, degreed teachers will welcome your student into their fun and cheerful classrooms. We believe in the power of play, the spark of wonder, and the significance of being socially interactive. We have 2 start dates for our 2 year old program. Children who turn 2 before December 1, 2024 can begin the program in August, 2024. Students who turn 2 between December 2, 2024 and March 1, 2025 can begin the program in January, 2024. If you don't turn two until March of 2025 you will need to wait until August 2025 to enroll. We can’t wait to welcome your child to St. Peter Preschool!

7:00 - 8:00 AM Optional Extended Care program: Free-choice, learn/play centers

8:15 - 8:30 AM Arrival and Gather time: Morning routines, learning centers

8:30 - 9:00 AM Table Activities: Fine motor and art activities

9:00 - 9:15 AM Circle time: Calendar, weather, thematic books and literacy activities

9:20 - 9:50 AM Large motor activities: Indoor/outdoor activities outdoors or indoor motor room

10:00 - 10:30 AM Project/Learning Activity: Art activities, thematic free play

10:30 - 10:40 AM Music and Movement: Songs and rhythm activities

10:40 - 10:45 AM Prep for dismissal for half day students or prep for lunch for

full day students. Students that depart at the end of the half day will be taken to the exit for parent pick-up. Students who are in the full day program will proceed with lunch

10:55 - 11:25 AM Lunch: Cafe’ lunches eaten in the classroom

11:30 - 12:00 PM Recess: Free-choice motor activities in the motor room or small playground

12:05 - 12:15 PM Jesus Time: Bible stories, songs, and related thematic-based activities

12:15 - 12:25 PM Wind down activity

12:25 - 1:30 PM Quiet time: Naps on school provided mats. Children may use their own blankets and pillows from home

1:30 - 1:50 PM Snack time: Snacks are provided by families on a rotating basis

1:50 - 2:00 PM Prep to go home: Coats/backpacks and closing prayers

2:00 PM  Dismissal: Car line or transitioning to Extended Care program

2:00 - 6:00 PM Optional Extended Care program: Free-choice learn / play centers

All of our programs offer on-site extended care from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
