Protection Ministry

Serving children and youth is a core ministry at St. Peter, and we are committed to their safety. To assist in providing a safe environment, protection policies have been developed and  implemented with a screening process for volunteers that serve children and youth in the church and school community.

Those who work with children, youth or vulnerable adults must be screened. Screening includes:

A confidential application with references.  Protection Application

1. A short interview with a member of the Protection Screening Team

2. An online Protection Training Class. Online Protection Training Class Information

3. Reference check

4. A criminal background check
