1. When you came in tonight, you should have received a bidder number on your gala program. Remember it, because it will allow you to bid on many silent and live auction items that are here tonight.

2.  Use your bidder number, NOTyour name to place buds throughout the evening.

3.  Be sure to take a look at all of the fantastic items on the silent auction tables. All items are listed on the program insert.

   1. Plan your bids and money strategically.

   2. Use the section in the back of your program to write down all the items you are bidding on so that you can back and check on them during the evening.

4. To place a bid on an item, simply write down your bidder number and the dollar amount you wish to bid on the bidding sheet next to that item

   1. Remember that you can bid as many times as you want on an item until the auction table closes.

   2. Please use the starting bid on the form if you are the first person to bid on the item.

   3. Remember to bid using at least he incremental dollar amount that is listed on the form if you are bidding after someone 

   4. You may not erase or cross out a bid once it has been placed

   5. Only one bid number may be used per line item. If you are bidding on an item with a friend, only one number may be used.

   6. The highest bid at the table closing is the winner

5. Do not remove bid sheets from the table.

6. Winning bids must be paid in full at the end of the evening.

   1. Check out according to your bidder number at the checkout center in the lobby.

   2.  Payments may be made in cash, check, or Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express

7. For the Live Auction you may bid on an item that is being presented by simply holding your gala program up in the air as the auctioneer calls out dollar amounts

   1. The Auctioneer will recognize your bid and keep the bidding going

   2. An auction representative will come to you after the winning bid and take down your bidder number, your name, and the winning bid amount.

   3. As the winner, you will pay for and receive your item at the checkout center in the lobby.

1. All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.

2. The value indicated for the items being auctioned are estimates only and are not warranted by the auction committee or St. Peter Lutheran Church and School for tax purposes or general sale. 

3. All items are sold “As Is.” St. Peter Lutheran Church and School will not be responsible for the correctness of the descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of any item being auctioned. 

4. Please note the limits in accordance with the specified conditions or limitations noted on the items. There is no obligation on St. Peter Lutheran Church and School or the donor for a refund.
