What is ACE?
St. Peter’s Arts, Culture, and Entertainment (“ACE”) Program features after-school activities that provide an enriched educational environment to support the development of the “whole child.” It offers students additional opportunities for learning, exploring, and utilizing their gifts.
ACE offers a diverse selection of after-school classes for students in Preschool through 8th grade. Instruction is led by partnering organizations and professional staff who are pre-screened by St. Peter and hired for their expertise in the selected course curriculum. There are three ACE sessions throughout the year: Fall, Winter, and Spring. Classes are typically held once a week immediately after class dismissal for one hour over the course of 8 weeks (Fall and Winter) or 6 weeks (Spring).
Spring 2026 classes
Classes run from February 17th-April 16th. Classes will not be held during spring break 3/23-3/27. Refunds will not be given after 2/11. Please log into your Skyward account to register for classes, there you will find the ACE registration tile.

Each week we will touch on a different story or musical aspect of the performing arts. Returning students will expand on their creativity and will be introduced to different stories and musicals. Families will be invited to a short performance on the last day of class. (Broadway Mini's last class is on April 8th.)

This interactive course transforms abstract physics and chemistry concepts into tangible discoveries, boosting confidence as little scientists observe, question, and problem-solve. Watch their eyes light up with each “wow” moment as they learn that science isn’t just educational—it’s explosively entertaining!
BITTY HIP-HOP
Under the creative direction of skilled Chicago Loves Dance instructors, students will learn choreography to newest pop/dance songs, show off their creativity in free-style choreography sessions and more. Chicago Loves Dance runs on the philosophy that dance should open your child’s creative abilities and be FUN! The last day of the class will be a parent watch day where they will do a short performance to show off their new talents.
JELLYBEAN SPORTS
Keep your early learner active with Jelly Bean Sports after-school programs! Starting at age 2, our non-competitive environment teaches "playground survival skills" to both boys and girls. We focus on making kids coachable by improving listening, communication, and critical thinking. Learning is always fresh and fun, with a different sport introduced each week using cool training aids like bubbles, parachutes, and animation. Our unique "sports classroom" also integrates preschool basics like numbers, letters, and colors into real-world play scenarios.
INQUISITIVE MINDS
This is an enrichment class that focuses each week on a different fascinating topic. We will immerse ourselves into subjects ranging from engineering to rain forests and from dinosaurs to manners. A mix of hands-on, visual, and sensory aids will be used to explore each subject. Lots of fun activities and crafts will be completed during class that your child will be excited to bring home and share with you.
SAINTS IN TRAINING
Saints in Training is the opportunity to develop physically through fun, exciting, challenging, and developmentally appropriate through differentiated activities, exercise, and play. Our future Saint student-athletes will develop skills based in spatial awareness, teamwork, and Christian character-building activities.
